FARMINGTON – After a brief absence, Michael King of Madrid has returned to Coldwell Banker’s Sandy River Realty office in February.
Michael Graham, designated broker of the Sandy River Realty office said, “Mike is a good, hard-working broker and we are glad to welcome him back.”
Michael King, an associate broker, has had years of experience and is ready to go to work to help both buyers and sellers. “This is a great time to buy a home because of historically low interest rates and lots of choices,” said King. While the market favors buyers, Michael said that “Coldwell Banker has consistently had the most sales in Franklin County and that is good news for my clients who have property to sell. In 2008, Coldwell Banker sold nearly three times the properties of our closest competitor.”
Because of his experience, King can help sellers price their property competitively and ensure they receive the best exposure to get their property sold. King continues to use the latest technology combined with more traditional marketing to bring buyers and sellers together in the shortest time possible.
“I am able to help buyers find the best deals and the best financing to make the most of their purchasing dollars. Despite what you may have heard, qualified buyers are having no trouble taking advantage of the current low rates and are able to obtain good financing,“ said King.
According to King, “I want to use my skills and experience to help my clients navigate and make sense of these difficult economic times. I recognize that while most of the real estate news has been negative, but I recognize that there are some great opportunities which prompted my return to Sandy River Realty. I want to be positioned with a winning team to help my friends and neighbors take advantage of the emerging markets in western Maine.”
