The pandemic has impacted each of us, first hand, in countless ways both personally and in business. We learned to act and adapt quickly to survive. How can we better prepare ourselves for the next big change?

In this workshop facilitated by Tara Paluck, we will apply the principles of Change Management Process to identify and acknowledge impacts, and plan a course of action for you, your business, your product / service, and your customers.

Tara last served in the Business Transformation Office for JPMorgan Chase where she focused on both large and small scale consumer driven initiatives, including product development, new distribution channel development, operations, and digital and technology based change and implementation. She lives in Mid-Coast Maine where she enjoys gardening, her dog, her family, and the beautiful outdoors.

This 4-session program will be held virtually via Zoom. Each meeting will be 1.5 hours in length.
