Are you interested in starting or growing your farm-based business?

This 6-session program, facilitated by Erica Emery of Rustic Roots Farm in Farmington, will help you to develop or hone a business plan, set realistic goals, discuss your challenges with peers, and send you on your way to cultivating your farm business.

This program is designed for new farm-based business owners who want to grow their business beyond their home or farm stand. The six sessions will involve discussing your motivation for starting a farm business, financing options, your market and customer base, and more. Participants will also learn how to incorporate different revenue streams into their business model, including wholesale, retail, farmer’s markets and agri-tourism.

Note: The sessions are 2 hours in length and will be held over Zoom on Wednesdays from 6pm-8pm.
