Hatha Yoga at Saddleback Mountain

An event every week that begins at 10:00 am on Sunday, repeating until August 28, 2022
Meaning “Sun-Moon”, Hatha Yoga aims to bring together opposites in your life and create balance. Breathwork and postures work to align your body and allow energy to flow freely. This class is offered on Sunday mornings at the Saddleback Lodge. If the weather permits, some classes will be held on the deck.
Kristina has been practicing yoga since 2007 and completed yoga teacher training through Boston Yoga School in 2016. By guiding students through their asana practice in a fun and thoughtful way, Kristina hopes to share her love of yoga and help students leave feeling relaxed in both the body and mind.
- What you bring: a yoga mat, yoga blocks, and a towel.
- What we bring: a comfortable and safe space to practice yoga, happy vibes, and an awesome backdrop.
