Join Renovation CrossFit on Saturday, September 30, 2023 for our first (annual) RCF Apple Pumpkin Hustle!
This is a 5K run which will begin and end at Renovation CrossFit. There will also be a fun 1 mile run. This will not by your typical 5K!
Walk. Run. Either mode of transportation is acceptable!
Cash prizes for top three finishers in the following age categories:
12 & under
Teens
Adult Male
Adult Female

Registration Deadline to ensure you receive a race T-shirt is SEPTEMBER 4, 2023.
COSTS:
1 Mile Run = $20 (same rate – no t-shirt after 9/4/23)
5K Run = $30 (if payment received by 9/4/23)
5K Run = $35 (payment received anytime after 9/4/23 – no t-shirt after this date)
1 Mile Run = $20 (same rate – no t-shirt after 9/4/23)
5K Run = $30 (if payment received by 9/4/23)
5K Run = $35 (payment received anytime after 9/4/23 – no t-shirt after this date)
