The Readers, Writers, and Runners 5K, a fundraiser for the Phillips Public Library, will be held on Saturday, June 25th at 10 a.m.  The race begins and ends at the Phillips Library.  There will be an award ceremony and prize raffle following the race, with lunch available for sale by our local Girl Scouts, troop #1084.  Registration begins at 9 a.m. in the library parking lot.  $10 race fee.

Immediately following awards, join us for a book talk with Maine writer D. The book talk will begin a little after 11 a.m. and is open to the public, regardless of whether or not you participate in the race.

This event is sponsored by Edmunds Market, Sandy River Cash Fuel, Dan and Scott’s Cremation and Funeral Service, Rangeley Region Sports Shop, and Reeds Portables.
