The Appeals Board will have a public hearing on a request from the Starks Holding LLC for an extension variance on their solar array project.  This variance request would allow the Planning Board to grant the second extension for which they have applied from 6 months to 18 months.

Summary: The Site Plan Review Ordinance limits the duration of the Site Plan Approvals to an initial twelve months and two 6 month extensions.  The Starks holding LLC would like to extend the second extension to an 18 month extension instead of 6 months due to issues beyond their control.
