20th Annual Summer Performing Arts Camp 8:00 am to 3:00 pm daily (including weekends) July 1-16 July 1 is registration: come between 8 and 12 to register and work a bit. Performance on the 16th. This program is free; it is a demanding pre-professional program in dance, singing, acting, fencing, and art. Ages 6-17. The Wayne Community Church auction is back this summer, offered both online and as an in-house silent auction! The online auction begins on Friday, JULY 1st and runs through Saturday, JULY 9th. Foothills Land Conservancy will hold its annual meeting from 6:30 to 8 pm on Wednesday, June 15 at Academy Hill School Cafeteria in Wilton. During the first part, we will conduct our annual business meeting. Election of officers and board members will take place. The second part of the meeting will be a presentation by Dr. Julia Daly, Associate Professor of Geology at the University of Maine at Farmington. Dr. Daly deployed and maintains the monitoring buoy on Wilson Lake. She will be discussing her findings.
