3 Day Fly Fishing Experience – Women’s Class

This immersive 3-day fly fishing experience is led by our own Dr. Bill Richards, a Master Registered Maine Guide! Day 1: Introduction to the “Art of Fly Fishing” - A little history of the Rangeley Region. An overview of fly fishing equipment and its application. Demonstration of the “overhead cast” and proper body position, fly rod grip, and mechanics and begin to practice your skills with Coach Bill. Time: 10 a.m. - 2 p.m. Day 2: Student Practice

FREE Kids’ Bike Groups
Saddleback Lodge 976 SADDLEBACK RD, RangeleyFREE Kid's Bike Groups Thursday afternoons 3-5 p.m. Saddleback's bike trails are located in the South Branch area of the lower mountain. These gradually sloped trails include sections great for beginner riders. This weekly kid's program will work on a progression from flat gravel riding to eventually going down some of our green-level beginner bike park trails. The first few weeks will be spent on gravel, likely a parking lot to work on skills. This program runs from June 2nd through the Thursday before Labor Day weekend. BYOB - Bring Your Own Bike. Rentals are available as well. Riders must
