Community Night of Giving
Rangeley Main Street, RangeleyTrees will be decorated by local business and presented daily form 11/24 to 12/9. Buy your raffle ticket for a chance to win the beautiful trees! Watch for announcements on Facebook. A free community Christmas party will take place at the Furbish Brew House and Eats on 12/9 and trees winners will be announced. Hot chocolate, hardy snacks will be provided. Come join us for some Community Christmas Cheer!
SMHS The Lightening Thief Musical
Spruce Mountain High School cafeteria 33 Community Dr., JaySpruce Mountain High School will perform the high-energy musical, The Lightening Thief on December 1st and 2nd on the SMHS stage. The Lightening Thief is based on the popular young adult novel of the same name and uses a creative set, costumes and lighting to bring Percy Jackson’s adventures to life. Students have been rehearsing the show since October and the Spruce Mountain Tech Theater Class has been working on set and Monster building, props and costumes since the start of the school year. Rangeley Community Chorus (Accepting New Members)
The Rangeley Community Chorus (RCC) is beginning rehearsals for the annual Holiday Performance and will be welcoming new members. All that is required is a general love for singing and ability to attend most of the rehearsals, which will be held on Friday and Sunday evenings from 6:30-8:00 PM. The first rehearsal is on Sunday Nov 5th at the Church of the Good Shepard located at 2614 Main Street. Rangeley. You are invited to come and see what it’s all about with no obligation… just stop in!
