On Fridays, February 4 and February 18 at 4:00 pm, the Church of the Good Shepherd, 2614 Main Street, Rangeley, will offer candlelit Choral Evensong, one of the most beloved services in the Anglican tradition. Many find Evensong, which only lasts a little over a half hour, to be a service of mystical beauty as the day comes to an end. Winner of the Rainbow Project Book List, Tomboy is a witty memoir about grappling with identity labels and stereotypes in the process of growing up. Farmington Silent Film Festival

From the Harpodeon film library we are proud to present the first of what will hopefully be an annual silent film festival at the Emery Community Arts Center here in Farmington, Maine. The festival is in two themed programs, both opening on a number of short subjects and closing with a feature film. Storytelling workshops continue

Have you ever wished you could keep a crowd on the edge of their seats with a good story? Well now is your chance! The Rangeley Friends of the Arts has received a Discovery Grant from the Onion Foundation to host Storytelling Workshops. The workshops will be held twice a month with an opportunity to perform monthly. Come craft your story with our favorite funny man, storyteller extraordinaire and RLRS English teacher, Tim Straub.
