City Lights North Summer Performing Arts Camp
20th Annual Summer Performing Arts Camp 8:00 am to 3:00 pm daily (including weekends) July 1-16 July 1 is registration: come between 8 and 12 to register and work a bit. Performance on the 16th. This program is free; it is a demanding pre-professional program in dance, singing, acting, fencing, and art. Ages 6-17. Teachers include: Russell Ferguson, Adrienne Hawkins, Braun Dapper, Hershey Bliss, Zakyia Watkins, Duggan Hill, and more. Call 207 778 9114 or text 617 543 9749 with any questions. Enjoy a 3-day fly fishing experience led by our own Dr. Bill Richards, a Master Registered Maine Guide! Day 1: Introduction to the “Art of Fly Fishing” - A little history of the Rangeley Region. An overview of fly fishing equipment and its application. Demonstration of the “overhead cast” and proper body position, fly rod grip, and mechanics and begin to practice your skills with Coach Bill. Morning Flow Yoga With Carrol & Robert Saturday mornings from 8:30-9:30 a.m. in the Base Lodge at Saddleback Mountain Settle into a peaceful state and gentle flow with this beginner-level yoga class at Saddleback. Morning Flow Class is designed with appropriate asanas (postures) to improve strength, balance, and flexibility. This one-hour class will help prepare you to joyfully tackle pursuits of the day. Robert and Carol Patenaude co-teach the Saturday Morning Flow series. They completed their 500-hour yoga teacher training together. They are also Reiki Masters and own and operate a generational family dental practice. Robert has a BA in
