Living Well with Chronic Pain
This class is designed for people who have a diagnosis of chronic pain, offering strategies for dealing with their symptoms. Topics include: techniques to deal with frustration, fatigue, isolation, and poor sleep, appropriate exercise for maintaining and improving strength, appropriate use of medications, communicating effectively with family, friends, and health professionals, nutrition, pacing activity and rest, and how to evaluate new treatments.

Downtown Farmington Array, FarmingtonGood Friday Walk of Witness - April 15 at 1 pm organized by Farmington Area Ecumenical Ministry Please join us for an ecumenical prayer walk in downtown Farmington. It is based on the medieval tradition of the stations of the Cross, from the condemnation of Jesus to his burial. The walk will start in front of North Church, 118 High Street, Farmington and will proceed round a couple of blocks in downtown Farmington, to end beside the cemetery behind the courthouse.
