Living Well with Chronic Pain
This class is designed for people who have a diagnosis of chronic pain, offering strategies for dealing with their symptoms. Topics include: techniques to deal with frustration, fatigue, isolation, and poor sleep, appropriate exercise for maintaining and improving strength, appropriate use of medications, communicating effectively with family, friends, and health professionals, nutrition, pacing activity and rest, and how to evaluate new treatments.
Take Out Pulled Pork Dinner

Better Health Now with Diabetes
Better Health with Diabetes is a free mail order toolkit for those who have or are at risk of diabetes and/or their caregivers. Participants must pre-register to receive their toolkit workshop materials and work with a certified leader via telephone or ZOOM at predetermined times either by yourself or in small groups. This process allows the participant all of the educational benefits of the Living Well with Diabetes workshop and equips them with tools to effectively manage their ongoing condition(s), all while maintaining social distancing from their home.

Industry Community Kitchen Time to start our luncheons/socials again! Socialize with friends 11am- 1pm with lunch served at noon. These usually will be held the first Thursday of each month starting with May 5, June 2 and July 7. All are welcome to come to these free lunches so hope to see you there! This presentation—which is open to the general public—will begin with a general overview of the evolution, ecology, and behavior of damselflies and dragonflies (Order Odonata). This will be followed by a brief survey of some of Maine’s 161 known odonate species. Public Supper
On Saturday, May 21, 2022, there will be a Public Pickup /Takeout Supper at the Harland M. Harnden Masonic Building, 70 Bryant Road, East Wilton, Maine , from 5:00 to 6:00 pm. The menu will be Baked Roast Beef, Potatoes, Vegetable, Rolls and Pumpkin Pie Crunch. The price will be $9.00 for adults and $5.00 for those under 12.
