United Way’s COLOR ME UNITED 5k Walk/Run
United Way of the Tri-Valley Area is excited to offer our 6th annual COLOR ME UNITED 5K Run/Walk this year! The event will be August 27th, 2022. The race will start at 9am with a huge color explosion at the Narrow Gauge Movie Theater parking lot, right off Front Street in Farmington. The race will end there as well. This year will be even more COLORFUL and fun, come dressed as cool or funky as you can, with your team or as an individual. Morning Flow Class is designed with appropriate asanas (postures) to improve strength, balance, and flexibility. This one-hour class will help prepare you to joyfully tackle pursuits of the day. Saddleback's bike trails are located in the South Branch area of the lower mountain. These gradually sloped trails include sections great for beginner riders. This weekly kid's program will work on a progression from flat gravel riding to eventually going down some of our green-level beginner bike park trails. The first few weeks will be spent on gravel, likely a parking lot to work on skills. This program runs from June 2nd through the Thursday before Labor Day weekend. BYOB - Bring Your Own Bike. Rentals are available as well. Riders must be 8+ years old. Pick up and drop off

Kristina has been practicing yoga since 2007 and completed yoga teacher training through Boston Yoga School in 2016. Saddleback's bike trails are located in the South Branch area of the lower mountain. These gradually sloped trails include sections great for beginner riders. This weekly kid's program will work on a progression from flat gravel riding to eventually going down some of our green-level beginner bike park trails. The first few weeks will be spent on gravel, likely a parking lot to work on skills. This program runs from June 2nd through the Thursday before Labor Day weekend. BYOB - Bring Your Own Bike. Morning Flow Yoga With Carrol & Robert Saturday mornings from 8:30-9:30 a.m. in the Base Lodge at Saddleback Mountain Settle into a peaceful state and gentle flow with this beginner-level yoga class at Saddleback. Morning Flow Class is designed with appropriate asanas (postures) to improve strength, balance, and flexibility. This one-hour class will help prepare you to joyfully tackle pursuits of the day. Geocaching uses GPS and other navigational techniques to hide and seek containers, called "geocaches" or "caches" at specific, marked locations. Come drop the kids off for an exciting treasure hunt! Geocaching is a great activity to get outside, explore the Maine woods, and find some cool souvenirs to bring home. Meaning “Sun-Moon”, Hatha Yoga aims to bring together opposites in your life and create balance. Breathwork and postures work to align your body and allow energy to flow freely.
