ZoomStartup Maine and CEI Women’s Business Center are collaborating on a three-part virtual series focused on BIPOC entrepreneurship in Maine. Each panel event will explore the opportunities and barriers that exist for BIPOC entrepreneurs at the stages of ideation, launch and growth. In the Growth Stage panel, we will explore the BIPOC entrepreneur experience of shifting from a workable business entity to a platform for growth. We will discuss the barriers that entrepreneurs face at the growth stage, and think creatively about existing resources that may help to address these challenges. We will follow the panel with an audience Q&A.

OTIS Federal Credit Union Annual Plant Sale May 29
OTIS FCU’s Annual Plant Sale and Planter Raffle will take place on Saturday, May 29th from 9 AM – 12 PM at the Credit Union. All proceeds will benefit Maine Credit Unions’ Campaign for Ending Hunger, and will stay local.
