The Farmington Gazebo in Meetinghouse Park will be the site of four summer concerts by area youth. Sponsored by ArtsFarmington, these mini concerts will be every Wednesday in July starting at 7pm. Topics include the benefits of online banking, mobile banking, identity theft protection, travel safety, and increasing confidence online. On Sunday, July 25th @ 12:45pm the family of Kenneth "Spider" Durrell, will be having a dedication in his honor of the new scoreboard that was recently donated to the Farmington Elks, "Joe Toot" Memorial Field. We are welcoming anyone that new Spider or played on the field in the past to please join us in his memory.

Farmington Historical Society Meeting, Monday, July 26, at the parking lot next to Abbott Park and Roberts Learning Center. Bring a picnic supper, and a chair and join us at 6 p.m. A short business meeting and program will follow at 7 p.m. Layne Nason, local Abbott School historian, will present a brief history of Abbott Park using old and new maps and photos.
