Strong library’s Tails and Tales Reading Program is accepting sign ups now

It's not too late to sign up for this summer's Tails and Tales Reading Program with the Forster Memorial Library in Strong. We are accepting sign-ups until the middle of July and the program runs until Aug. 21. Prizes include Giffords, gift certificates to local bookstores, Subway, and the chance to win one of two bikes! Free Concert:  Hope Haitian Choir will be performing at Farmington Baptist Church on Monday, August 2nd, at 6:30 p.m.   These children and their chaperones have had a difficult journey, so please come hear some of their stories and listen to their beautiful voices. The race will start at 9am with a huge color explosion at the Narrow Gauge Movie Theater parking lot, right off Front Street in Farmington. The race will end there as well.
