Saturday  Sept 11, 2021  at Mt. Blue Shopping Center.  SPC Cyber Lions Club will offer a Free Diabetic foot Screening  from 9 AM to 2 PM with Dr. Jeff Johnson. Information about Diabetes and Senior Planning Center Representatives will be available for questions. Applications for new membership to Lions will be available. Please bring old glasses, hearing aids and cell phones to donate to the Lions Clubs of Maine. See you there!

Living Well with Chronic Pain Class

This six-week workshop is for anyone experiencing chronic pain that has lasted longer than 3-6 months. Participants learn how to use their mind, manage symptoms, improve communication, and become more active. This class is provided by SeniorsPlus and Auburn Recreation.
