ArtsFarmington is excited to announce the return of Maine Mountain Chamber Music to Nordica Auditorium on Sunday April 24th at 3:00 PM. MMCM founders Yuri Funahashi, piano, and Laurie Kennedy, viola, will be joined by violinist Charles Dimmick and cellist Leo Eguchi. The program consists of Zoltan Kodaly’s Duo for Violin and Cello and Gabriel Fauré’s Piano Quartet in C minor. Adult tickets are $15, those 18 and under are free as are UMF students with ID.  Nordica Auditorium is in Merrill Hall (224 Main Street) at the University of Maine at Farmington. Webster Cemetery Association meeting April 24

Webster Cemetery Association. We are having our 102nd annual meeting on Sunday, April 24th @ 2pm. We will be meeting at the Chesterville town office on the Dutch Gap Road. All are welcome to attend.

Plein Air Watercolor Painting

Barbara Hathaway, Painter of Sunset, is offering two Plein Air Watercolor Painting Workshops through the Adult Education Program, April 26, 2022, Tuesday, 2:00 pm to 4:00 pm, at 32 Maple St. Wilton, and May 3rd, Tuesday, 2:00 pm to 4:00 pm at the same location. Each workshop is $48 per person. Students bring their own Watercolor supplies with 140 lb. Watercolor paper and their own easel. Student can also use Acrylic with a canvas not larger than 16" x 20". Estate/Yard sale

There will be a large estate/yard sale at 249 Farmington Falls Road, Farmington in front of the self storage facility on Friday April 29 and Saturday April 30 from 9 AM to 4 PM and again on May 6 and 7 also from 9 AM to 4 PM weather permitting.

Pop-UP Sales at the Farmington Public Library

Saturdays in May 10:30-1:30, artisans will be selling their wares, and the library will be selling plants.  All proceeds from the plants benefit the library and a portion of the arts and crafts sold will benefit the library.  These events will be May 7, 14, and 21.
