Living Well with Chronic Pain
This class is designed for people who have a diagnosis of chronic pain, offering strategies for dealing with their symptoms. Topics include: techniques to deal with frustration, fatigue, isolation, and poor sleep, appropriate exercise for maintaining and improving strength, appropriate use of medications, communicating effectively with family, friends, and health professionals, nutrition, pacing activity and rest, and how to evaluate new treatments.

City Lights North Summer Performing Arts Camp
Old State Theatre City Lights North 231 Broadway, Farmington, ME, United States20th Annual Summer Performing Arts Camp 8:00 am to 3:00 pm daily (including weekends) July 1-16 July 1 is registration: come between 8 and 12 to register and work a bit. Performance on the 16th. This program is free; it is a demanding pre-professional program in dance, singing, acting, fencing, and art. Ages 6-17. Annual Yard Sale
A two-day massive yard sale. We will have a large variety of furniture, dishes, linens, toys, and so much more. Donations are being accepted by calling 778-2420 or 778-3808. No early birds please. All proceeds go to mission and outreach work in the community.

Chesterville Town Office 409 Dutch Gap Road, Chesterville, ME, United States25+ Maine Authors covering a variety of literature will be coming from all over the State of Maine. Each other will have a table where you can ask questions, purchase books and get autographs. There will be a silent auction with even more authors represented. There will be a lunch and baked goods for sale. All proceeds will go to Our Chesterville Community Library and there programs to support literacy and purchase a bookmobile and someday a permanent home for the library.
Trinity Baked Bean Supper Take Out
