The college’s annual indoor "garage sale" gathers thousands of items left behind by departing students and offers them to the public at prices far below what products cost new. This year’s sale will include clothing, electronics, furniture, appliances, athletics and outdoor equipment, and countless other items. Proceeds from sale benefit local nonprofit organizations Safe Voices and John F. Murphy Homes. Safe Voices is a domestic violence resource center serving survivors in Androscoggin, Franklin, and Oxford Counties, and John F. Murphy Homes provides life-enriching

Foothills Land Conservancy Annual Meeting
Academy Hill School Cafeteria 585 Depot Street, WiltonFoothills Land Conservancy will hold its annual meeting from 6:30 to 8 pm on Wednesday, June 15 at Academy Hill School Cafeteria in Wilton. During the first part, we will conduct our annual business meeting. Election of officers and board members will take place. The second part of the meeting will be a presentation by Dr. Julia Daly, Associate Professor of Geology at the University of Maine at Farmington. Dr. Daly deployed and maintains the monitoring buoy on Wilson Lake. She will be discussing her findings.
