Morning Flow Class is designed with appropriate asanas (postures) to improve strength, balance, and flexibility. This one-hour class will help prepare you to joyfully tackle pursuits of the day. Readers, Writers, and Runners 5K and Maine Author Visit The Readers, Writers, and Runners 5K, a fundraiser for the Phillips Public Library, will be held on Saturday, June 25th at 10 a.m. The race begins and ends at the Phillips Library. There will be an award ceremony and prize raffle following the race, with lunch available for sale by our local Girl Scouts, troop #1084. Sunday Morning Common Loon Paddles on Saddleback Lake Sunday mornings 8:30-10:30 a.m. Take a guided kayak trip with NICK LEADLEY to observe loons of the Rangeley Lakes Region. Nick is a specialized bird photographer and loon enthusiast. He has been photographing common loons and native wildlife for 20 years plus. Sunday Geocaching Sundays from 10 AM - 12 PM Enjoy a Sunday Funday outdoors for the kids! Geocaching has finally made it to Saddleback Mountain. Geocaching uses GPS and other navigational techniques to hide and seek containers, called "geocaches" or "caches" at specific, marked locations. Come drop the kids off for an exciting treasure hunt! Geocaching is a great activity to get outside, explore the Maine woods, and find some cool souvenirs to bring home.
