Topics include: techniques to deal with the symptoms of diabetes, fatigue, pain, hyper/hypoglycemia, stress, depression, anger, fear and frustration; appropriate exercise for maintaining and improving strength and endurance; healthy eating, appropriate use of medication; and working with healthcare providers. Participants of the workshop will work individually prior to 1-1 facilitator or small group weekly check-ins. Participants will receive the toolkit materials in the mail prior to starting the workshop.

On Saturday, March 20, 2021, the Masonic Group at the Harland M. Harnden Masonic Building, 70 Bryant Road, East Wilton, ME will be offering a pickup/takeout supper from 5-6pm.  The menu will consist of baked chicken, potatoes, vegetables, rolls and blueberry cake for dessert.  The cost of meals for adults is $9.00, for those under the age of 12 the cost will be $5.00.  We would appreciate reservations for meals by 5pm on Thursday, March 18, 2021.  We also offer home deliveries in the Farmington and Wilton area for $10 per meal.  For reservations for meals call Alan Morison at
