Parish Thrift Shop opening

The Parish Thrift Shop at Bartlett Memorial United Methodist Church at North Jay is opening Saturday, June 4th, 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. and will be opened each Sat. for the summer. A variety of clothing, shoes, baby things, books, household items, sewing things, arts & crafts items are available. Some items are priced but you can fill a bag for $2. Mask required inside.

Maine's Paper & Heritage Museum will be open for tours and a HUGE garage sale, Saturday June 4, 2022 9am to 3pm. There will be a special museum exhibit of memorabilia from the Livermore Falls High School Class of 1967! Lunch of barbecued hamburgers, hot dogs and dessert from noon to 1 pm.  Event is by donation. City Lights North Summer Performing Arts Camp

20th Annual Summer Performing Arts Camp 8:00 am to 3:00 pm daily (including weekends) July 1-16 July 1 is registration: come between 8 and 12 to register and work a bit. Performance on the 16th. This program is free; it is a demanding pre-professional program in dance, singing, acting, fencing, and art. Ages 6-17. The Western Maine Foothills Band will be performing in Farmington's Meeting House Park every Monday starting June 6, 2022 and ending Aug. 29, 2022 from 7 PM until 8:30 PM.
