Family Focused Yoga

Family Focused Yoga is a new community activity for families.  Every Saturday morning at the West Farmington Grange Hall, their is yoga & mindfulness classes for families.  From 9:00-10:00 there is Kinderflow, for ages 3-6.  From 10:30-11:30, there is Giggles & Grace, for ages 7-10.  Ages can vary above and below, these are just suggested age groups.  During this time, parents and children will interact together using their imagination through music, movement, mindfulness games, and of course yoga!  Classes run for a full month with fun themes (October~ outdoor adventure, November~ gratitude & giving, December~ winter joy, January~ self  &
