Sculptor Dana Dudley’s take on a tin man scarecrow is one of more than a dozen scarecrows on exhibit this week at the 17th annual Scarecrow Reunion in Phillips. The event’s organizer, Winona Davenport and the Phillips Conservation Commission, sponsors the event every year as a celebration of fall.
