Bruce Wayne Frederic (1952-2008)

NORTH ANSON – Bruce Wayne Frederic, 55, of Farmington, died unexpectedly Saturday Oct. 18, 2008, as the result of a motor vehicle accident.

He was born May 21, 1953, in Farmington, the son of Burton and Joan (Paquette) Frederic. He was a graduate of Madison High School and attended the University of Maine, Farmington. On May 16, 1975, he married Judith Ann Jordan in Farmington.

He was a self-employed carpenter and loved his home state of Maine where he enjoyed fishing, hunting and playing golf. He was Boston Red Sox and Celtics fan.

He is survived by his wife, Judy, of Farmington; their daughter Katherine “Kate” Frederic Morton and her husband, John of Astoria, NY; his mother Joan Frederic of Skowhegan; two brothers: Dana Frederic and his wife, Margaret “Peggy: of Pinole, California and Eric Frederic and his wife, Darcy
of Manchester, NH; one sister: Kim Frederic-Klein and her husband, Jay of Arizona. He was predeceased by his father.

Public memorial services will be held Thursday evening at 8 p.m. from the Wiles Remembrance Center, 137 Farmington Falls Rd., (Rtes. 2 & 27), Farmington, with Rev. Alan Shumway officiating. Family and friends are invited to visit with family at a memorial visitation Wednesday from 4-7 p.m. Gifts of remembrance may be sent to The Jimmy Fund 44 Binney St. Boston, MA.
