Gary Lee Savage (1945-2008)

EUSTIS – Gary Lee Savage, 63, of Eustis, died unexpectedly early Tuesday evening in Stratton.

He was born May 16, 1945, a son of Raymond and Mina (Henniger) Savage and received his education in local schools and graduated from Stratton High School.

Mr. Savage was employed at Forster Manufacturing in Stratton as a foreman and was currently employed as a loader operator at Boralex-Stratton Energy Plant in Stratton. He enjoyed skiing and snowmobiling.

He is survived by his son, Scott Savage and his wife Tami and their children Heather and Matthew of Charlotte, NC and a daughter, Angela Dickerson and her children, Johnny and Conner of Burgaw, NC.

There will not be any services but the family suggests that those who desire send memorial gifts in Gary’

s memory to the National Humane Society, 40 East Main Street #364-I, Newark, DE 19711. Condolences may be sent to the family at info@wilesrc.com. Cremation services are being cared for and provided by the Wiles Funeral Home, Cremation Service, & Remembrance Center, 137 Farmington Falls Road, Farmington.
