FARMINGTON – Orrin S. Crockett, 71, of Farmington, formerly of Stratton, died Wednesday, Oct. 8, 2008 at the Orchard Park Rehabilitation & Living Center in Farmington.
He was born on June 4, 1937 in Westbrook, the son of Wilbur S. and Lucille O. (Turgeon) Crockett. Orrin primarily worked in the woods with his father during his working career.
He is survived by his children, Esther, Marlene, Lucille, Robert and Wilbur Crockett; siblings, Joe and Sharon Crockett of Saco, Nina Bowring of Casco, Judy Walker and her husband, Elwin of Buxton and Hilda Gladstone and her husband, Lionel of North Yarmouth; several nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his father on June 19, 1963 and his mother on Apr. 10, 1984.
Arrangements are in the care of the Wiles Funeral Home, Cremation Service & Remembrance Center, 137 Farmington Falls Rd., Farmington.
