It’s with saddened hearts we announce the passing of Stephanie L Searles Card on Jan. 16, 2021 at Vanderbilt Medical Center in Nashville TN due to COVID-19.

Stephanie was born to Rodney L and Andrea Shusta Searles on December 14, 1964 in Farmington ME. She attended Kingfield Elementary School and Mt Abram High School in Salem Twp, she went on to earn her GED in the late 1980’s. She married Robert A Card in 1985 and they divorced in 1990. She moved to TN where she worked various jobs such as a seamstress stitching US Postal uniforms for many years, a waitress at Cracker Barrel where she met country music stars like George Jones, she also worked as a receptionist before retiring due to failing health.

Besides her parents Stephanie is survived by her life partner of over 30 years, William “Bill” Cobb, two sons, Jesse R Card and William Tyler Cobb all of Nolensville TN. A brother Donald Searles of Augusta ME, sister Denise Searles of Salem Twp, niece Erin Jones, nephew Brandon Searles and his son Hudson.

Stephanie will be laid to rest at Mt Abram cemetery in Salem late spring or early summer of 2021.
