For many years, in cooperation with the Titcomb Mountain Ski Club, our community has been graced by the UMF Alpine Snow Kids Learn to Ski Program.

This program has been instrumental in providing skiing instruction for many of the area’s children who otherwise would not have had this opportunity.
As the parent of a child who has benefited from this valuable program, I would like to thank the members of the soon-to-be-eliminated UMF Ski Industries Program for their contributions to our youths over many years.
I urge everyone to write the chancellor of the UMaine System, and newspapers to see if something can be done to save this valuable asset to our community.
