Farmington Area Ecumenical Ministry Good Friday service
ZoomWe hope you can join us on Zoom this year for the annual Good Friday Service on Friday, April 2, 2021, at noon. The service is sponsored by Farmington Area Ecumenical Ministry (FAEM). Pastors, readers and musicians from various local churches will participate. Please note that there will be no FAEM-sponsored Easter Sunrise service this year. Hopefully next year we will be able to celebrate in the traditional way. Fairbanks Union Church 583 Fairbanks Rd, Farmington, ME, United StatesFarmington Area Ecumenical Ministry will hold a special Service of Compassion and Hope in the Christmas Season at Fairbanks Union Church on Tuesday, December 21, 2021, at 7:00 p.m. The Christmas season is a joyful time for many people, but for those who have lost a loved one, this can be a difficult time of the year. Many of us also feel the losses associated with covid. This service will provide music, song, and prayer in support of those experiencing loss. Downtown Farmington Array, Farmington, ArrayGood Friday Walk of Witness - April 15 at 1 pm organized by Farmington Area Ecumenical Ministry Please join us for an ecumenical prayer walk in downtown Farmington. It is based on the medieval tradition of the stations of the Cross, from the condemnation of Jesus to his burial. The walk will start in front of North Church, 118 High Street, Farmington and will proceed round a couple of blocks in downtown Farmington, to end beside the cemetery behind the courthouse. It is expected to last about half an hour and will take place unless prevented by bad weather, in

It is based on the medieval tradition of the stations of the Cross, from the condemnation of Jesus to his burial. The walk will start at 2 pm at Henderson Memorial Baptist Church, 110 Academy Street and proceed to the North Church, 118 High Street, Farmington, and from there round a couple of blocks in downtown Farmington, to end beside the cemetery behind the courthouse. We will then walk back to Henderson Memorial Baptist Church for a short service beginning at around

Please join us for an ecumenical prayer walk in downtown Farmington. It is based on the medieval tradition of the stations of the Cross, from the condemnation of Jesus to his burial. The walk will start at the Center Meeting House Cemetery on Maine Street, Farmington directly behind the court house at 12 noon and will proceed round a couple of blocks in downtown Farmington, to end at the Gazebo on Main Street. It is expected to last about 45 minutes.
