FARMINGTON – The Foundry Brazilian Jiu Jitsu is offering a free Grappling Camp for children ages 7-14 from Monday, Aug. 18 to Friday, Aug. 22. It will be held at The Foundry on Perham Street in Farmington from 9am-11am each day.
During the week-long camp, participants will learn and refine basic Brazilian Jiu Jitsu techniques from highly-skilled instructors in a safe and fun environment. Loose fitting, comfortable clothes (such as shorts and t-shirts) are recommended for those who don’t have a gi/kimono.
The class size is limited to 16 students to maximize the amount of attention and instruction each child receives. Call to reserve a spot as soon as possible.
Parents should pack a water bottle bottle or send their child with money to purchase water or juice. A $5 donation for each participant will be gratefully accepted to cover the cost of printing materials during the week.
