CARRABASSETT VALLEY – Ninety six golfers took time out of their busy schedules to play a little golf and have some fun, all while raising money for the United Way of the Tri-Valley Area, Golf Classic charitable event. The tournament was held at the Sugarloaf Golf Club in Carrabassett Valley. This year’s tournament hosted 24 golf teams and raised over $10,000.

Sponsors of the tournament included Franklin Savings Bank, Androscoggin Bank, Main-Land Development, Farmington Ford and Sugarloaf Golf Club. Awards were presented to the top three teams in both the low gross and low net categories. United Way of the Tri-Valley Area would like to thank everyone who made this event a huge success!
