KINGFIELD – A big crowd turned out for Kingfield’s First Friday Art Walk. In addition to the gallery openings, Kingfield POPS presented the Foothills Jazz Quartet live at the Stanley Museum.

The museum also held a special exhibit of local paintings by Dorothy Stanley Emmons, as well as some jazz-era photographs of the artist, to complement the music performance. The event is the first in a series of informal music performances that will take place in conjunction with the First Friday Art Walks coming up on March 2 and April 6, as well as at the Kingfield POPS Art Walk on June 29. The events are free and the public is invited.
