Full Moon Paddle Trips A moonlit tour of Saddleback Lake Sitting at the bottom of Saddleback Mountain is a remote body of water called Saddleback Lake. Meaning “Sun-Moon”, Hatha Yoga aims to bring together opposites in your life and create balance. Breathwork and postures work to align your body and allow energy to flow freely. This class is offered on Sunday mornings at the Saddleback Lodge. If the weather permits, some classes will be held on the deck. Kristina has been practicing yoga since 2007 and completed yoga teacher training through Boston Yoga School in 2016. Enjoy a Sunday Funday outdoors for the kids! Geocaching has finally made it to Saddleback Mountain. Geocaching uses GPS and other navigational techniques to hide and seek containers, called "geocaches" or "caches" at specific, marked locations. Come drop the kids off for an exciting treasure hunt! Geocaching is a great activity to get outside, explore the Maine woods, and find some cool souvenirs to bring home.
