STRONG HISTORICAL SOCIETY MEETS

STRONG HISTORICAL SOCIETY: The June meeting of the Strong Historical Society will be Wednesday, June 1, 2022, and is open to the public. The Hammond Memorial House, at 79 N. Main Street, will be open at 5:00 p.m. for guests interested in brief tours. Our pot-luck supper will be served for dining at 6:00 p.m. (Bring a dish to share). The business meeting will be at 7:00 p.m., followed by our guest speaker, Virginia Anderson, who will speak on her quest to get family journals into appropriate historical archives. Being the daughter of the late Queda Huff Anderson, she has family ties to the Huffs and Durrells of Strong and Freeman.
