This donation-based yoga class takes place every Sunday at Sat Manav Yoga Ashram in Industry. It is perfect for beginners and experienced practitioners alike.
Asanas (the physical postures of Yoga) and Pranayam (working with the breath) are time-tested ways to create the optimal mind/body connection and balance. These Yogic practices improve mental focus, reduce stress and anxiety, relieve back and joint issues, and can give you a complete range of motion and flexibility. They can also help with asthma and other respiratory difficulties.
Bring your mat! Brunch is available afterwards for an additional $15. A whole-foods, plant-based meal is served at 11 a.m. The proceeds benefit SMYA, a nonprofit.
