UMF Dining Mardi Gras Buffet Dinner

Join us for a delicious Mardi Gras Buffet Dinner on Tuesday, February 21st, 4:00pm-7:00pm! The buffet dinner is All-You-Care-To-Eat, $13.99 pp (+ tax). Our Executive Chef has chosen the following menu for you to enjoy:
Cajun Caesar Salad, Southern Coleslaw, Cajun Roasted Vegetables, Cajun Spiced Roasted Potatoes, Minted Peas, Blackened Cajun Chicken, Blackened Salmon, Grits with Roasted Vegetables and Tomato Coulis, Cornbread and Butter, King Cupcakes, and Beignets.
