Frances Smith of Farmington, washes the Merry-Go-Round horses today in preparation for the Franklin County Agricultural Society’s 170th annual Farmington Fair. Gates open at 8:30 a.m. on Sunday. The first event is the steer and oxen scooting contest for youths 9-15 in the show ring. The Exhibition Hall is open 10 a.m.
