Viva La ‘South of the Border’ Grange dinner

1 min read

Diego, aka Grangemaster Gary Krauss, checks off the reservation list as guests arrive for the South of the Border benefit supper Friday night at Wilson Grange in East Wilton.

More than 90 diners enjoyed a hearty Mexican fare at the South of the Border dinner, the seventh stop in the Wilson Grange’s ‘Passport Dinner Tour.’ The series of dinners have been held to raise funding for the building improvements going on at the Grange.

A Mexican inspired complete menu featured authentic tamales and enchiladas as well as other ethnic dishes.

Diego counts the evening’s proceeds that will help make improvements on the historic Grange building.
