CMCC Foundation plans annual dinner

The Central Maine Community College Education Foundation will host its second annual dinner Wednesday evening, April 15. This special fundraising event will highlight accomplishments of the year and honor achievements by students, faculty, staff, alumni and community supporters.  Pictured here making plans for the annual dinner is the Foundation Board Special Events Committee.  Seated left to right are Diane Marquis Monaghan, Ronald Lebel (chair), and CMCC Dean Roger Philippon. The annual dinner will be held at the Hilton Garden Inn in Auburn starting with a social hour at 5:15 p.m.  All friends and supporters of CMCC are encouraged to attend.  Anyone interested in sponsoring the event or purchasing tickets is asked to contact Roger Philippon at 755-5357 or rphilippon@cmcc.edu.  Information is also available online athttp://www.cmcc.edu/alumni/AnnualDinner.asp.

 The CMCC Education Foundation is a community-based, non-profit corporation that has as its sole mission “support for CMCC and its students.”  The Foundation is governed by a volunteer Board of Directors comprised of community and business leaders.  The Foundation has raised funds for scholarships, program improvements and capital projects.  The Foundation Board also serves as the College’s Executive Advisory Council.
