Hospital Auxiliary to host Harvest Dance Sept. 25

Susie and the Smelts will play at the Harvest Dance on Saturday, Sept. 25

FARMINGTON – The Franklin Memorial Hospital Auxiliary will host its second annual harvest dance featuring music by Susie and the Smelts on Saturday, Sept. 25 from 7 to 11 p.m. at the UMF North Dining Hall. Susie and the Smelts is a popular central Maine band that performs an eclectic blend of dance music and beautiful renditions of oldies tunes.

Tickets are $25 per couple and $12.50 for a single and are available at the FMH Gift Shop, Key Bank, and Mooseville. The price includes complimentary refreshments and door prizes. Raffles will also take place throughout the evening.

All proceeds benefit the FMH Auxiliary. The Auxiliary hosts monthly activities and special events to raise money to support technology and programs at Franklin Memorial Hospital. The Auxiliary also provides annual scholarships to support education for students pursuing careers in the health care field.
