Ivan Howard honored for Masonic CHIP program service

At a recent meeting of the 15th Masonic District Association Brother Ivan L. Howard Jr. was recognized for his ten years of service to the Masonic CHIP Program. Under Brother Ivan’s leadership the 15th District has processed 4,820 children throughout Franklin County.

The program is a comprehensive child identification and protection tool designed to give families a measure of protection against the ever increasing problem of missing children.
