The Jay Police Department hosted an annual cook-out at the elder complex at 17 Lavoie St. on Thursday. Police Chief Larry White, Sr., with Officers Robert Sanders and Steve Smith served the 35 guests. Town Manager Ruth Marden also attended the event.
