March 23 (Wednesday) from 12pm to 5pm at the Mallett School (by appointment)
This year we will be registering students for both Kindergarten and Pre-kindergarten (four year old program).
At registration, you will need your child’s birth certificate, up to date immunization records, a recent photo of your child and filled out parental questionnaire and medical history forms.
If your child is five years old on or before Oct. 15, 2011 and you intend to register your child for kindergarten, please call Patricia Flagg as soon as possible at 778-2771 for a registration packet. If your child is four years old on or before Oct. 15, 2011, and you intend to register him/her for Pre-kindergarten, please call Patricia Flagg as soon as possible at 778-2771 for a registration packet. In the packet, you will have the information and forms necessary to register your child on these dates.
Parents who wish to register their children at Mallett or Cushing School also need to call their respective school offices for an appointment: Mallett School, 778-3529; Cushing School, 645-2442.
