Liza Rogers joins FMH Rehabilitation Department

RANGELEY – Liza Rogers, MPT, ATC, has been appointed physical therapist site coordinator at Rangeley Region Physical Rehabilitation, according to Marie Wade, director of Physical Rehabilitation and Sports Medicine at Franklin Memorial Hospital.

Rangeley Region Physical Rehabilitation is a program of Franklin Memorial Hospital located at the Rangeley Rehab and Wellness Pavilion on the Dallas Road in Rangeley. A broad range of outpatient physical therapy services is provided to residents and visitors of the Rangeley Lakes region.

Before joining Franklin Memorial Hospital, Rogers was most recently a physical therapist at North Country Associates in Bingham, Maine. She has three years experience as a physical therapist in outpatient, acute rehab, and skilled rehab settings, as well as five years experience as a certified athletic trainer.

Rogers received her master of physical therapy degree at the University of Vermont and prior to that a bachelor’s degree in exercise science and athletic training from Castleton State College, also in Vermont. While there, Rogers graduated with summa cum laude honors.

“We are very excited to have Liza join our team. She’s a very versatile physical therapist and has an array of abilities and experiences,” said Wade. “She is truly a great asset to our department and to our community.”
