WILTON – A 56-year-old man was arrested and charged with sexually assaulting a girl under the age of 14 eight years ago.
Dana Kenneth Davis of Bingham was arrested on Sunday by Lt. Page Reynolds and Detective Rick Billian of the Wilton Police Department on a charge of gross sexual assault, a felony Class A crime.
The assault allegedly took place in September of 2001 at a family acquaintance’s home in Wilton and was disclosed only recently to family members who then reported it to police.
Cash bail was set at $500 with a court date of Nov. 20.
