It is with confidence that I recommend Richard Stovall to my friends and neighbors in northern Franklin County as our next county commissioner.
Mr. Stovall is an energetic and involved, ‘hands on’ man. He is willing to put in as much time as it takes to understand the many options available as he works to resolve the many challenges our county faces. A retired veteran and manager within a large company, Dick brings self discipline, research skills and organizational expertise to the table.
The number of unusual things Mr. Stovall has been involved in over his long life would take up far too much space to list here. Suffice it to say that he is not intimidated by rank, title or the size of someone’s desk. He began as an enlisted man in the Army, and eventually became a commissioned officer. He began as a grunt in corporate America, reaching middle management. He is interested, caring and tireless. I look for good things from him and support him as our candidate for the county commission.
